Chelsea earned her place on the InspectorNick.com team through technical knowledge, extensive training, critical thinking, and demonstrated inspection ability. She brings a sharp eye, strong critical thinking skills, and hands-on residential construction experience to every inspection. Chelsea is a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI and completed InspectorNick.com’s extensive hands-on training program in residential construction, mechanical systems, and building science.

Her technical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right reflect the standards InspectorNick.com has built its reputation on for more than 25 years.
