Inspector Nick Welty began his career in the home inspection business in 2000 after working in construction trades for many years. Over the years Nick has gained vast experience in every aspect of the home inspection industry. In 2004, he worked for a multi-inspector firm and taught at many real estate offices for state-approved continuing education classes, ranging from legal issues to managing client expectations.

After 2004, Nick dove headfirst into his passion for running his own home inspection business. Nick’s experience has enabled him to provide top client care, as he has completed over 7,500 inspections. With ongoing continued education, Nick continues to grow his base of knowledge and strives to share this knowledge with each and every client.

Nick is a proud home inspector, but even more so, a proud father. When Nick is not helping his clients and their families by inspecting homes, he is spending time with his wife and 2 children.

Nate Bayless has an extensive background of construction and customer service. He brings 30 years of hands on experience in construction building, remodeling and rehabbing. Nate has the perfect balance of technical knowledge coupled with the desire and ability to place the clients needs at the forefront of his inspection process. With his substantial time spent in the service industry, Nate has great client relation skills and always operates from a place of client centered service. Nate joined the InspectorNick.com team in 2017.

Nate has a love of motorcycles and is a proud father. He lives in the Metro area and in his off time can be found in his garden.

Blake Lynn joined the InspectorNick.com team in 2021. He has a solid background in construction, home improvement, maintenance and logistics. Blake proudly served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps with areas of responsibility in administration and logistics. Blake’s time in the Marine Corps fostered a strong sense of service and desire to help others resulting in exceptional customer service skills. He strives to be the best at everything he does, including an excellent attention to detail, and makes it a priority to offer first-rate service his clients.

Blake has a love for athletics, spending time playing golf, softball and flag football. When not engaging in sports, Blake enjoys projects around his home, fishing and relaxing with his 3 dogs.
