Nick Welty

Owner & Lead Inspector


Inspector Nick Welty began his career in the home inspection business in 2000 after working in construction trades for many years. Over the years Nick has gained vast experience in every aspect of the home inspection industry. In 2004, he worked for a multi-inspector firm and taught at many real estate offices for state-approved continuing education classes, ranging from legal issues to managing client expectations.

After 2004, Nick dove headfirst into his passion for running his own home inspection business. Nick’s experience has enabled him to provide top client care, as he has completed over 7,500 inspections. With ongoing continued education, Nick continues to grow his base of knowledge and strives to share this knowledge with each and every client.

Bio

Fun Fact

Nick is a proud home inspector, but even more so, a proud father. When Nick is not helping his clients and their families by inspecting homes, he is forever in love raising his daughter.

Bryan Standley

Inspector Bryan Standley brings vast construction perspective and experience to the InspectorNick.com team. For over 12 years, Bryan worked in hands-on roles in building construction that enabled him to understand the construction from top to bottom of each property he enters. Jobs as a construction laborer, project foreman, home renovation/repairs professional and installation technician provided a great knowledge base prior to him joining the InspectorNick.com team in 2016.

Fun Fact

Bryan believes in home ownership and enjoys helping all clients, especially first-time home buyers. He also enjoys camping, listening to audio books, exploring Kansas City and serving his church as the building services coordinator. He lives in the metro area with his wife and four children.

Mark Giunta

Mark Giunta began his home inspection career in 1997. He was successfully employed for six years by a large multi-inspector firm here in the Kansas City area. Mark also ran and operated his own inspection company, Superior Home Inspections, for 10 years. In September of 2015, Mark jumped aboard the InspectorNick.com team. Mark brings to the team a background in construction, mining, manufacturing, sales and marketing.

Mark is a proud husband, father and grandfather and enjoys traveling in his off time.

Nate has the perfect balance of technical knowledge coupled with the desire and ability to place the clients needs at the forefront of his inspection process. With his substantial time spent in the service industry, Nate has great client relation skills and always operates from a place of client centered service. Nate joined the InspectorNick.com team in 2017.
