Backflow Inspection
Kansas City’s Back Flow Inspection
We will thoroughly inspect all components of the sprinkler system and provide education of the sprinkler system operation to you and your family. This is performed by one of our ASSE Backflow Prevention Certified Irrigation Professionals. The purpose of the Irrigation System Inspection is to examine and test every component of the system, and to provide a detailed inspection report of the findings.
Kansas City’s Backflow Testing
The backflow prevention assembly prevents potable water from contamination due to backflow. Missouri and Kansas, as well as each municipality, have rules and regulations pertaining to the installation and continual testing of this device. Nearly every entity requires the backflow device to be tested annually by a certified tester, who after testing the device files a report with the appropriate entity.
Backflow Prevention Assembly
Our backflow prevention assembly test is performed by one of our ASSE Backflow Prevention Certified Irrigation Professionals.
This service is included in the Stonebridge Outdoor Irrigation System Inspection. The backflow test also provides the system water supply pressure. Without a properly functioning backflow prevention assembly, further testing of the irrigation system is not possible.

System Controller Inspection
We ensure all necessary areas are inspected and tested. Nothing will go unnoticed.
The system controller (often located in the garage) is inspected for functionality and programming. The technician records the controller make and model for the inspection report. At this time our technician also determines if a rain sensor is present and functional.

Complete System Run-Through
A complete run-through of the irrigation system involves running every zone individually. During the run time inspection, the technician inspects to answer the following questions.
How many are there on the zone? What make and model are they? Is there any damage to heads or rotors? Is the coverage sufficient for the area? Are any nozzles clogged? Are any heads or rotors leaking? Have any heads sunken due to ground settling?

We are here for you to make the process easy.
Our team of inspectors is here to help. Transparency, guidance, and education is our goal during the home inspection. We will help ensure the home you are purchasing is safe for your family and will not cause major or expensive problems in the future.
